Dealerweb has been a leading provider of showroom management tools to automotive retailers since 2003. Our products go over and above; integrating, optimising and digitising retailer sales operations.We currently support over 1300 dealer sites across the UK with 29 Dealer Groups added in 2022 alone.

We work closely to ensure that our customers receive a smooth onboarding experience and that we supply high quality learning and development through our Academy team. To support this in 2022 we launched our Academy ‘Road to Sale’ programme with a set of self-serve video tutorials covering all aspects of a Sales Executive and Sales Managers use of Showroom. To add to this we are extremely excited to launch our new interactive 'Getting Started with Dealerweb' fortnightly webinars later this month. We are very proud of our customer support satisfaction rating of 97.2% and we work continuously to provide a platform to support efficient tracking of showroom activity to manage customer engagement to improve back-office workflows and processes. We have a strong focus on integrations that will make retailers' lives easier.

In 2022, Dealerweb Showroom and REACT integrated with CitNOW Sales and Web, providing customers with real-time feedback, easier sharing of digital assets and allowing retailers a unified view of the customer. We understand that not all Groups and OEMS work in the same way, therefore we work closely in partnership with our customers to create a solution that fits their needs and processes.
