For over a decade, the Dealerweb team has been instrumental in adding tangible and measurable value to the sales performances of national and regional dealer groups as well as single-franchise independents.
This is largely due to the design and implementation team having a combined experience of 70+ years working in, and at, all levels of the automotive industry. In addition, we have worked extensively with several major motor manufacturers’ international and national dealer networks.
Dealerweb products have been designed (you could say bespoke) based on a deep understanding of the processes, systems and everyday working needs of the management and staff who constantly engage with them – whether they be at the sharp end of sales, in support or occupying a more overriding strategic role.
All this industry experience, along with the work of our high calibre software specialists, has resulted in Dealerweb becoming the much-favoured supplier of automotive retail sales software solutions at all levels of the motor retail industry including car showroom management systems – whether it be by a single-site independent dealer or for an international network.

ISO 27001 Certification
Dealerweb as part of the CitNOW Group has achieved ISO 27001 UKAS accreditation for its information security management system (ISMS). Verified by an independent body, the ISO 27001 certification proves CitNOW Group can offer its quality product range with increased data security for its customers.
To achieve the demanding certification, businesses must undergo a rigorous independent review and audit of its ISMS and conduct thorough risk assessments throughout the business.
