CitNOW Group continues international growth with acquisition of Web1on1

The CitNOW Group is continuing to expand its international portfolio with the acquisition of Web1on1, Europe’s leading multi-channel messaging software platform. The acquisition is the latest step toward the Group’s ambition to transform the customer journey in automotive.

The integration of Web1on1 will allow CitNOW to broaden the reach, functionality, and flexibility of its digital communications products throughout the customer journey. The existing Web1on1 team will continue to support and develop the platform, with a number of synergies across the existing CitNOW Group product suite set to benefit sales and service teams, dealer marketeers and customer care teams globally.
