Last week we held our very first tech careers evening at our new offices in Exeter.

Having rapidly grown over the past year or so, we once again found ourselves in the position of looking to recruit a host of people in the development, testing and project management fields in order to help us further drive innovation and effect change.

The evening involved short presentations from some of the 8 Technology staff, plus some light refreshments and opportunities to chat with some of the 8 Tech teams.

Heather Upchurch, Chief Technology Office said,

"We wanted to have the careers open evening – to allow people the opportunity to come and see what a career at 8 Technology looks like. We offer exciting careers development, a whole host of benefits, and the chance to work on products and projects that are at the very cutting edge of software development.

We had a fantastic turnout on the evening and met so many talented people engaged in the local tech and digital community - it was a unique chance to showcase what we have to offer.

We look forward to furthering the conversation with some really strong candidates for our positions.”
