Systems Trainer

The Role

The Systems Trainer is responsible for the design, creation and delivery of world class training and coaching programmes to Dealerweb customers. The Systems Trainer will deliver training programmes in order to ensure all system users are fully confident and engaged in Dealerweb solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality training and coaching programmes both onsite and virtually to a number of automotive stakeholders
• Travel regularly to customer sites for training delivery
• Works with the Group Head of Academy on instructional design and creation of training programmes that appeal to different learning styles
• Partner with the wider Academy Team to ensure training courses adhere to Group Academy standards and measures
• Responsible for the completion of training process tasks which include site visit forms
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dealerweb products
• Focus on training delivery, regularly exploring ways to enhance content and delivery
• Work with the wider Academy Team to explore and implement new training methods
• Ensure customers and internal stakeholders always receive a first class experience, in keeping with the CitNOW Group Values
