The primary duties will be to coach new and current users of Dealerweb products, to include Showroom and REACT. An 8 Technology Systems Trainer ensures that all system users are ‘set up for success in their role’ and supports the Company and their colleagues in the delivery of training and relationship management across the Company estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the training, motivation, enthusiasm and system knowledge of trainees.
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest Company standards possible during all customer visits.
  • Accountable for ensuring an outstanding introductory experience that reflects our Company culture to all new and current customers attending training.
  • Support the Sales Team to effectively and in a timely manner complete all rollout/ training day schedules.
  • Liaise with customer management and teams prior, during and post visit.
  • Responsible for the completion of trainee competency and site visit forms and uploading to appropriate Salesforce account.
  • Effectively weave customer experience into every learning intervention, ensuring that trainees understand that their experience and understanding is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of 8 Technology products.
  • Creation of supporting training collateral such as videos.
  • Assist the Client Services and Onboarding team from time-to-time.
  • To act as an ambassador and advocate of the 8Technology team.
  • Support country-wide activities.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experienced in using automotive lead & sales management systems.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for imparting knowledge to trainees of all levels.
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the learning cycle.
  • Deliver results through coaching.
  • Maximise learning in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clear understanding and practical knowledge of the Automotive Industry.
  • Drive to build and maintain exceptionally high personal & professional standards.
  • Tenacious and solution focussed with the drive to ‘own’ and ‘execute’.
  • Positive, passionate and resilient.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A passion for collaboration.
  • Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Communication: writes clearly and concisely, speaks effectively and listens attentively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, works well with others, supportive, motivates and cooperates with others.

  • Problem Analysis: ability to understand the main problem, identify the potential causes and propose solutions.
