Our team is full of people with a passion for the motor trade and a wide variety of characters! All our staff play a big role in ensuring our customers get the best product and experience possible. From account managers to directors, developers to administrators, project managers and support staff, our people make the company what it is today.
This is an introduction to just some of our team and the role they play in supporting us and our customers. As a bonus, we also asked them about their favourite car, real or fictitious, owned or dreamt about owning!
Che Letton – Development Team Leader
Che helps manage the development team for Kompass (a bespoke version of Dealerweb Showroom for Volvo).

“I saw the baby brother of the LC, the Carlton GSi3000 and fell in love with the sound and the digital dashboard – very knight rider - at about the age of 19 and thought I would never own one. Well soon I did but then discovered the Lotus Carlton… 3.6 litre Twin Turbo straight six….I still don’t own one!”
Spencer Huggett – Customer Services Project Manager
Spencer leads the customer support and maintenance team. He works closely with the account management team to ensure all support queries are completed on time.

Luke Johnson – Sales and Marketing Exec
Luke handles all the marketing activity at Dealerweb. From managing the website and social media pages to co-ordinating advertising and PR (and developing the newsletters!)

“My car history is limited at best but if I could have any car in the world right now it would be the Chiron! From when I first watched the epic top gear race featuring the Veyron I’ve always loved Bugatti’s. The Chiron sets the bar even higher! Over 1400BHP for a road legal car is crazy! It also looks and sounds great. I better get saving though, it comes in at a cool £2mill”
James Hill – Sales Director
As our sales director James not only drives new business but co-ordinates the account management team to ensures all of our customers receive the highest possible service and support.

Martin Hill- Managing Director
As one of the founders of Dealerweb Martin leads the management teams and oversees the performance of the company.

“My first company car and what a machine! Coupe cool in red with the MGB 1.8 litre B - Series engine providing 0 – 60mph by Boxing Day if you launched on Christmas Eve. Awesome handling from the old cart springs on the back and a slick 4 speed gearbox which would put a PDK to shame. Cloth seats made of pure nylon great in the winter but a bit dodgy in the summer and in car entertainment provided by a state of the art push button radio. Without doubt one of the statement cars of our times which galvanised the competition in particular in Germany by showing them how not to do it and we all know what happened next – British Leyland went bust and we all lusted after Audi’s, BMW’s and Mercedes!”
Mark Bennett- Divisional Operations Director

“For me it's got to be a Ford Capri - this was my second car that was at the time a big upgrade from my first car a Vauxhall Astra 1.2. Awful handling but great fun..... although I did end up crashing it showing off with my mates! A great looking car that I have lots of great memories from back in the day £600 well spent.”

Mark A looks after customers across the south-east of the UK carrying out system installs and delivering training.

Ford Capri John Player Special
“Personal best for me, first car, Capri 2.0S John Player Special in the limited black and gold (obviously in Essex). Powered by Ford 2litre OHC Pinto engine was fast, but the old spring gate gearbox meant you were never quite sure what gear you were in. Had great stereo upgraded by me with the typical graphic equaliser of the day banging out Wham hits along with Frankie goes to Hollywood. Best thing I loved about this car, it made a skinny ginger lad popular with the ladies!! Unfortunately, JMK225P meant a sticky end when a jubilee clip worked off a fuel pipe causing it to catch fire. I brought back the wreck from the insurance company, sold the parts off, and moved on to 6 cylinders 3.0S, another story.”
